Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully completed.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. During holidays, promotional periods, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

  • Some countries and regions in Europe

If your shipping address is outside our supported delivery area, you may not be able to complete checkout for that address.

We primarily ship orders through:

The actual carrier used for your shipment will be confirmed in your shipping notification email.

Shipping Fees

We offer free shipping under the following conditions:

  • Free shipping on U.S. orders over $129
  • Free shipping on international orders over $199

If your order does not qualify for free shipping, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order details, package size, weight, destination, and available delivery method.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are shipped from the United States. Estimated delivery times after shipment are as follows:

Product-Specific Shipping Notes

Because we offer a variety of bathroom storage and organization products, shipping arrangements may vary depending on the type of item ordered.

Bathroom Sets and Bundled Products

Bathroom accessory sets, marble soap dispenser sets, and other bundled items may require additional protective packaging and product checks before shipment.

Wall-Mounted and Installation-Based Products

Wall-mounted storage items, hair dryer holders, mop holders, toilet paper holders, towel racks, and similar products may be packed or shipped separately depending on included hardware and packaging requirements.

Cabinets, Freestanding Storage, and Larger Items

Storage cabinets, freestanding organizers, larger laundry baskets, and other oversized items may require longer handling or transit times and may be shipped separately.

Laundry and Soft Storage Items

Laundry bags, laundry baskets, and fabric-based storage products may be easier to package, but if ordered together with larger or rigid products, they may still be shipped separately depending on warehouse handling.

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, it may be shipped in separate packages. This may happen when:

  • Items are stored in different warehouse locations
  • Products require different packaging methods
  • Some items are ready to ship earlier than others
  • Bundled items and individual items need separate packing protection

If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you may receive multiple shipping confirmation emails or tracking numbers.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note:

  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the shipping label is created
  • It is normal for tracking to remain inactive for a short period after shipment confirmation
  • If tracking does not update after a reasonable time, please contact us for assistance

Logistics tracking information typically appears within approximately 24 to 48 hours of receiving the tracking number.

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before placing your order, including:

  • Shipping address
  • Postal code
  • Phone number

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information may result in delays, failed delivery, returned packages, or additional shipping costs.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to process and deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Customs inspections for international orders
  • Address verification issues
  • Additional handling for large items, bundled products, or split shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will help review the shipment status.

Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend that you:

  • Check around your front door, mailbox, parcel locker, or other safe delivery areas
  • Ask family members, neighbors, or building management
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly for more delivery details

Damaged Items or Missing Parts

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us review the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • The product name
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Photos showing missing parts or damaged areas, if applicable

We usually review these cases within 1–3 business days after receiving complete information.

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other related fees may apply depending on the destination country or region.

Unless otherwise stated, these charges are generally the responsibility of the customer. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are outside our control.

Customs processing is part of the international shipping process and may affect the final delivery time.

Refused, Returned, or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, returned, or undeliverable for reasons such as:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept the package
  • Failure to complete customs clearance
  • Failure to pay local duties or import fees

we may assist with reshipment or refund after review.

If additional shipping charges, return fees, storage fees, or handling fees are incurred, those amounts may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
