How to Track Your Order
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
This email usually includes:
- Your tracking number
- The shipping carrier
- A tracking link or instructions to check delivery status
Please use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to follow the latest shipment updates.
When Tracking Information Becomes Available
Tracking updates may not appear immediately after your shipping confirmation email is sent.
In most cases, tracking information begins updating within 24–48 hours after the carrier receives the package. If your tracking number does not show movement right away, please allow a little more time and check again later.
Still Waiting for a Shipping Confirmation?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is successfully completed.
If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation email, your order may still be in processing. This can happen when:
- Your order was placed recently
- Your order includes multiple items that require separate preparation
- Your order contains a bundled set that needs additional packing checks
- Your order includes wall-mounted or larger storage items that need separate packaging arrangements
- There is a delay caused by holidays, promotional periods, or high order volume
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within a reasonable time, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Split Shipments
Some orders may be shipped in more than one package.
This is especially common when your order includes different product types, such as:
- Bathroom sets and bundled accessories
- Wall-mounted storage products
- Cabinets or larger freestanding organizers
- Laundry baskets, laundry bags, or fabric-based storage items
If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive:
- More than one tracking number
- More than one shipping confirmation email
- Separate delivery dates for different items
This is normal and helps ensure your products are packed and delivered as safely as possible.
Why Delivery May Take Longer
In some cases, delivery may take longer than expected due to:

Delivered but Not Received

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us review the issue quickly, please include:

- The product name
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the outer packaging
- Photos showing any missing parts or damage, if applicable
This is especially important for bathroom sets, wall-mounted items, and products that include installation hardware or multiple parts.
