Request changes as soon as possible

Order Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@vaskelle.com.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, for best results, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Cancellation Before Shipment
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel it successfully.
Once the cancellation is confirmed, any approved refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
Cancellation After Shipment
If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
In this case, you may need to wait until the order is delivered and then contact us for further assistance in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Changes to Orders
If you need to change your order details, such as:
- Shipping address
- Contact information
- Product selection
- Quantity

We will do our best to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered processing or shipment stages.
Refused or Undeliverable Orders
If an order is refused, undeliverable, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, failure to receive the package, or failure to clear delivery requirements, any refund issued may be adjusted to reflect applicable shipping and handling charges.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
If a cancellation request is approved before shipment, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
